The Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD) process collects confidential feedback from subordinates, supervisors, peers and customers on 47 specific behaviours across 5 competencies – management style, communication, problem solving, relationship building and leadership. The Executive Shortlist 360° Feedback program is ideal for managers and management teams working in any environment and administered individually, small (5-10) or larger groups (up to 50).

Feedback is provided to participants in closed one-on-one meetings. Participating managers receive precise and relevant feedback and personal development program in a confidential, comprehensive 30-page report.
