The Leadership Evaluation and Development (LEAD) process collects confidential feedback from subordinates, supervisors, peers and customers on 47 specific behaviours across 5 competencies – management style, communication, problem solving, relationship building and leadership.

The Executive Shortlist 360° Feedback program is ideal for managers and management teams in a commercial environment and is best administered in groups of 5-15 people. However the program has been modified to accommodate major Law firms (partnerships), Government and larger organisations of up to 50 managers.

The Chief Executive receives a confidential briefing identifying crucial factors associated with incompetence, executive burnout, blind-spots and emotional immaturity. Participating managers receive precise and relevant feedback and personal development program in a confidential, comprehensive 30-page report.
