Senior Management Wayne Parkes is the Principal and Director of The Executive Shortlist. With more that 30 years experience in Senior Executive Recruitment and Management Consulting, Wayne has a BA degree from Victoria University of Wellington, NZ. He is the author of the popular business text “Recruiting in Australia” published by Reed Books in 1986 and has served as a Board member of Charities and Sporting Clubs for 18 years including the Guide Dog Association (NSW Chairman – 6 years), Middle Harbour Yacht Club and the NSW Water Ski Association. He was a Director (later Chairman for Australia and New Zealand) of the international recruitment firm, Wareham Associates, until 1999 when the Sydney division became The Executive Shortlist.
